School Yard Collective is a print & digital magazine created by kids for kids hanging out in communities & school yards around the world.
WHAT IS THE SCHOOL YARD COLLECTIVE?
School Yard Collective is a group of kids, parents, teachers, mentors, artists, designers that will guide kids & youth (2-17) to share & express themselves in a creative way. They will cover topics they’re interested in. They will share poems, stories, art & photographs to correlate with their pieces. Academic, design & other professionals within the collective are dedicated to making this magazine as elite as other magazines on stands.
OCTOBER 2023 ISSUE
Yard School Collective will launch its first issue in October 2023. The first issue is an organic curation of submissions through parents & children in our personal network. The magazine will take shape as we continue to receive submissions and as the COLLECTIVE contributes their time and talent to create an authentic magazine for kids by kids. We are here to help guide them along the way.
